As promised, here are my goals for the October 2017 leg of my weight loss journey.
The weight goal and water goal will likely be the biggest challenge to achieve. I'm already at 65.6K steps for the month, so apparently I need to kick that goal up a touch. I honestly thought it would be a stretch goal for me, but I've been pushing myself at the Y when I go. Check out my video from earlier today to see what happened when I pushed myself a little too much this morning. Lesson learned. I'll be checking in tomorrow for my weekly weigh-in. Fingers crossed!
