Whether you're on a weight loss journey or not, I'm sure you've probably heard all about the latest food craze:

2-ingredient dough!!!

Every damn place I look I was seeing it. You can make bagels, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and pizza dough!

Pizza? They got my attention with pizza. Pizza is my weakness. I love it more than anyone should.

So, when I heard that I could make a pizza dough that is not only easy, but actually low in Weight Watchers points, well...I caved to the peer pressure and gave it a try.

After reading the millionth post on Facebook and Instagram about it this morning I decided, "Screw it, I'm going to give it a try for lunch today."

I was skeptical. I mean, I don't bake anything from scratch ever, especially for lunch. But, what the hell.
I had the ingredients in my house for more than a week. All you need is freakin' self-rising flour and non fat, plain greek yogurt. THAT'S IT. It sounded too good to be true.

Let me tell you something, it's too good AND it's true!

It's so good, I plan to upsize the recipe to make a full-sized pizza for my family because I'm confident they'll love it.

And the recipe? Super easy! Are you ready?
2-Ingredient Dough Pizza
Serving Size: 1 individual-sized pizza

WW Points: 9 SP for the whole pizza!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup of self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup of plain, fat-free greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of jarred pizza snack sauce
  • 1/4 cup of reduced fat shredded mozzarella
  • 6 slices of Turkey Pepperoni

COOKING STEPS:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Mix flour and yogurt in bowl. Note: It can get a little sticky, so sprinkle a little more flour if you need it
  3. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and knead for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. After you knead the dough, roll it out on floured surface to the size you prefer
  5. Move rolled dough onto either a pizza stone or a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with a little oil  (I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray)
  6. Put untopped dough into oven for about 7 minutes
  7. After 7-minutes in the oven, take out and top will sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
  8. Then put back in oven for another 7 to 8 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
