Starting weight: 385 (7/7/17)
Current weight: 350 (10/27/17)
This week's WI: Down/Up 0
Total loss so far: 35 pounds
I posted a video on YouTube talking about my scale's lack of movement. However, I killed it at the gym this week and I'm starting to see some progress. I apologize for the God awful pics, but they prove a point:
As much as I hate pictures of myself, I've started to come to terms with being where I'm at today—every day.
